This privacy policy sets out how Senturus, Inc. d.b.a. Envisor uses and protects any information that you give Envisor when you use this website (Site).

Envisor is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using this Site, then you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement.

Envisor may change this policy from time to time by updating this page. You should check this page from time to time to ensure that you are happy with any changes. This policy is effective from June 1, 2021.

We may collect information about you in the following ways
• When you request services, or information from us, fill out a form, or otherwise interact with us through the Site;
• When you contact us separately by email or telephone;
• From third-party sources, to update or supplement the information you provide or that we collect automatically, including utilizing business information databases and platforms for additional updated account information;
• Automatically through technology such as cookies, Flash cookies, HTML5 local storage, pixel tags, clear gifs, or other tracking/recording tools, including when you click on a link to visit the Site, interact with our ads or other content on the Site or on third-party sites or platforms, or open the emails we send. We collect the following types of information
• Your first and last name, email and/or postal address, telephone number or other information that, alone or in combination can be used to identify you (“Personal Information”) that you provide when you fill out a form on the Site;
• Usage, viewing and technical data automatically collected from your computer or device through cookies and other technologies, such as your device identifier or IP address, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp;

Special Categories of Personal Data. We do not collect from users or process (a) the special categories of personal data defined by the European Union (“EU”) General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”); or personal data relating to criminal convictions or offenses. The Site and SEO Platform are not meant for the processing of sensitive Personal Information. Please do not send us, and do not disclose, any sensitive Personal Information (such as information related to racial or ethnic origin, religion or other beliefs, health, criminal background or trade union membership) on or through the Site or otherwise, as Envisor has no intention of processing such sensitive Personal Information.

You will continue to receive notices regarding the services you purchased, and other disclosures as required by law. Generally, users cannot opt out of these communications, which are not marketing-related but merely required for the relevant business relationship. With regard to marketing-related types of communication (i.e. e-mails and phone calls), Envisor will (a) where legally required only provide you with such information after you have opted in and (b) provide you the opportunity to opt out if you do not want to receive further marketing-related types of communication from us.

Envisor processes Personal Information based on your consent and the necessity of such information for providing our Service. If you do not consent to the processing of your Personal Information, please do not use the Service or engage with the Site.

When you visit our Site, we collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behavior patterns, including through the use of third-party analytics services (such as Google Analytics). We do this to understand how people are using our website, to manage their operation and to diagnose any problems. We also use third-party services to help us identify visitors to our website to improve the way we offer our products and services.

We will retain your information for as long as it is needed to
• Provide products and services that you or your organization have requested;
• To communicate with you about a request you have made to us;
• To manage your choices and rights you have exercised pursuant to this Privacy Policy;
• To enable you maintain an account with us, provided that you or the organization through which your account was created have not otherwise requested that we delete your information;
• To comply with our legal and regulatory obligations, and demonstrate compliance.

Under the GDPR and other applicable privacy laws, you have rights as an individual which you can exercise in relation to the information we hold about you
• Know what Personal Information Envisor has about you;
• Ensure your Personal Information is accurate and relevant for the purposes for which Envisor collected it;
• Withdraw your consent to Envisor processing your Personal Information;
• Have your Personal Information erased.

Unless a legal exemption applies, we will respond to all such requests within thirty (30) days. If we refuse your request, we will notify you of our reasons for the refusal to the extent required and how you may complain about the refusal.

The Site may also contain links to third party websites. This Privacy Policy applies solely to information collected by Envisor. Even if the third party is affiliated with us through a business partnership or otherwise, we are not responsible for the privacy practices of other websites. If you submit Personal Information to any third-party site, your information is governed by that site’s privacy policy. We encourage you to familiarize yourself with the privacy policies of such websites to determine how they handle any information separately collected from you. Please be aware that we do not warn you when you have chosen to click through to another website or property when using the Site.

As a condition of your use of the Envisor Site, you warrant to Envisor that you will not use the Site for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms, conditions, and notices. You may not use the Site in any manner which could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Site or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of the Site. You may not obtain or attempt to obtain any materials or information through any means not intentionally made available or provided for through the Site.

Envisor may update its Privacy Policy from time to time. When we change the policy in a material way, a notice will be posted on our Site along with the updated Privacy Policy.
